Two Peas in a Pod

Tim is a great dad.  He knows how to do everything that I do for Elsa with the exception of feeding her.  We are pretty consistent with how we take care of Elsa's needs.  However, this is Tim's favorite way to put her down for a nap.  He gets her all cozy on the floor next to him.  He gets all cozy next to her.  Once she is out, he is quickly to follow.

Ten Weeks Old

Elsa is ten weeks old and such a joy.  She is beginning that stage where she enjoys her toys.  One of the first toys that she was given was a Glow Worm from our friends the Daileys.  It was part of an elborate diaper cake for a baby shower last summer.

She loves to look at the face and listen to the music.  The glow worm is even better if mom or dad know the words to the song.

She was bothered when we would put her in the swing or bouncer, but at ten weeks, she finally likes both of these toys.  The baby carrier is also being used and enjoyed for the first time.  She DID NOT like the baby carrier, but I think she has more control of her head and can see the world a little better.

Two Months

I have decided to start a blog just for our daughter Elsa. I have blogged about the many adventures during the past six years of my life, but I know this is going to be our greatest adventure. It is an experience worthy of a blog!

Elsa is two months old today. Tim and I waited a long time in our life together to have a child and she has been worth every minute of waiting. She challenges us, entertains us, and moves us.

Her personality grows with each day and lets us know more of her. I hope to update this blog often with her adventures.
